- Disadvantages might include include the following: poverty, broken families, underachievement, unemployment, underemployment,
illness, homelessness, criminal records, drugs or alcohol related problems, mental health problems, disabilities, learning
difficulties, living in remote and isolated areas, living in areas where there is a lack of opportunities or facilities for
Young People, etc…
- Target Group's ages range from 15 to 25 … but this is flexible depending in individual circumstances.
- Committee Group's ages range from 18 to 70.
- Target Group's interests: The Arts, New Media & New Technologies; Travelling & meeting new people from different
countr5ies; Participation & Inclusion; Equality & Human Rights.
- Background of its Committee members: The Arts (Performing & Visual Arts) & New Media Technologies (Traditional
& Computer Animation, Digital Photography, Video & Sound, Electronic Imaging, Website & CD ROM design & Development,
etc…); Teacher/Tutor/Facilitator withinThe Arts & New Media, Languages, Movement (Tai Chi, Qi Qong) and Community
Development & Sustainability; Law; Youth Work; Child & Youth Studies; etc…
